Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or rebooking must be made at least 14 days prior to booking. In case of later cancellations, the ticket will not be refunded or exchanged.

In case of cancellation more than 14 days before the start time, you will be refunded the full amount. For less than 14 days, the amount will not be refunded. Cancellation or rebooking must be made via the website www.karolinetrier.dk.

In case of cancellation, even at the last minute, feel free to send another participant in your place.
