Terms of Trade
- applicable for private courses
The following applies to the private courses that are regularly posted on www.karolinetrier.dk. All courses are held at the specified time indicated on the website. We reserve the right to conduct the course only with a minimum of 8 participants. If changes or cancellations occur, you will be notified by email or phone no later than 48 hours before the start time. If what you have signed up for is cancelled, you will be given a full refund or the opportunity to attend at a different time if the course is postponed. Your registration is binding as soon as you have signed up.
Experience ticket and order confirmation will always be sent to the email address provided. Responsibility for the experience ticket passes to you as the consumer at the time you receive the ticket. Once you have paid for an experience, the experience ticket will always be sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive an email, you should first check whether our email has ended up in your junk email or promotions folder. If it is not there, you can contact us directly for help. Responsibility for the experience ticket passes to you as a consumer at the time you receive the ticket by email, and you should therefore check as soon as possible whether the contents of the email and the experience ticket match the order and order confirmation.
Terms of Trade
- applicable to corporate courses
No later than 14 days before the event is held, the final number of participants must be announced. If we do not hear from you, the minimum amount we have been told at the time of booking you will be billed for. Any additional participants must be notified to [booking@karolinetrier.dk](mailto: booking@karolinetrier.dk) as soon as possible, this is possible up to 24 hours before the event.
Your booking is binding as soon as you have confirmed an offer in writing. If cancelled more than 21 days before the event, the cancellation is free of charge. In the case of less than 21 days, you will be charged the full amount of the number of people specified on the booking confirmation. If the cancellation occurs in connection with a change of date, but a maximum of 14 days before the event, this only costs an administration fee of 1495 DKK ex VAT. Security
Through our software provider Durable, we use SSL, and this means that your credit card information is processed encrypted.
If you pay by credit card, you are safe from misuse because you can refuse a payment through your bank. In addition, you have no deductible in the event that the credit card is misused in an online business that uses SSL. Karoline Trier uses SSL, which means that your credit card information is processed encrypted.
Prices
All prices at Karoline Trier are quoted in DKK and are ex VAT. We reserve the right to cancel the order if there is a material and/or manifest error on our website, social media, newsletters and other mailings. We reserve the right to cancel the order.
